I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over twenty-five years of experience working with adults, children, and families. I am a graduate of UT Chattanooga with a BS in Psychology and an MEd. in Community Counseling,I also did some graduate work at Florida State and the University of Houston. I have been a special ed teacher, program director for an Intensive Family Preservation Program, and Clinical Director of Therapeutic Foster Care Agency. I have both personal and professional experience with parenting, stepfamilies, divorce issues, adoption and reunification, and the adjustment issues which challenge families today.I am an advocate for the LGBTQ community. I am is passionate about educating, coaching, and empowering my clients to make the best choices for their unique selves. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, and trauma. I am a proud father of five and grandfather of seven.
