Micah Arfons is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and a graduate of Florida State University. Micah works with couples, adults, and teens of all demographics and backgrounds who are working to become their best selves and are seeking professional structure to help them through a difficult season in life. This includes proficiency in depression, anxiety, trauma, phase of life transition, codependency, self-harm, suicidality, self-esteem issues, and marriage counseling. Micah has extensive knowledge in working with families and children that are in overwhelming and crisis situations.
In her work as a Child Welfare Case Manager and later as a Crisis Counselor, Micah has helped families and individuals navigate the most difficult times of their lives through professional insight and undaunted compassion. Micah has a Religion Minor degree and encourages her clients to incorporate their own beliefs into their sessions.
Micah believes in her clients and seeks to draw out their strengths and abilities in order for them to live happy and successful lives.
